'Ask Libby’
Online Physiotherapy Advice

'Ask Libby' is an online physiotherapy advice session for when you need expert guidance but don’t require a face-to-face appointment. Via video call or phone, Libby will listen to your concerns, provide clear, practical advice, suggest exercises where appropriate, and help you decide on the next best steps for your recovery.

What’s included in your 'Ask Libby' session?

Ask Libby’ is an online physiotherapy advice service for when you need expert guidance, reassurance, or direction, but may not require a physical appointment.

It is ideal if you have a question about pain, movement, exercise, or recovery and would like clear, honest advice from an experienced physiotherapist.

What ‘Ask Libby’ can help with:

• New aches or pains where you’re unsure what to do next

• Flare-ups of existing problems

• Advice on exercises you’ve been given previously

• Guidance on staying active safely

• Questions about mobility, balance, or confidence with movement

• Understanding whether physiotherapy would be helpful

• Deciding if you need a face-to-face assessment or can manage independently

How it works:

‘Ask Libby’ consultations take place online, by video call or phone, at a time that suits you.

During your session, Libby will listen carefully to your concerns, ask relevant questions, offer clear practical advice, suggest exercises or self-management strategies where appropriate, and advise honestly if a face-to-face assessment is recommended.

‘Ask Libby’ is for advice and guidance, not hands-on treatment or formal diagnosis. If at any point it becomes clear that an in-person assessment would be more appropriate, this will be discussed openly with you.
